Main responsibilities:
Generating Leads (by LinkedIn, cold calling and networking etc.),
Acquiring new projects and Clients by following Atol’s sales process and
Upsell to Existing Customers and other tasks according to Atol’s needs.
The sales consultant will be trained to guide a potential customer to discover his needs and then offer the best possible solution to ensure their needs are fulfilled.
Core activities:
Executes sales activities according to Atol Sales System (will be trained for use),
Prepares tailor made proposals and contracts based on provided templates and tools,
Organises preparation of solutions for clients, confirms relevant solution with experts,
Uses of Atol’s CRM system as required by the sales process and maintains key information of customers and opportunities assigned,
Works with the Company management to improve sales system based on market feedback and company vision,
Maintains professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications,
Develops personal networks and actively participates in professional communities and
Attends Internal weekly Sales Meetings and reports.
Required Competences:
Aptitude for (international) sales,
Basic knowledge of diverse business models and industries,
Problem solving and tenacity to cope well under pressure,
Fluent in English, functional knowledge of German,
Results oriented and target driven,
Effective networking expertise (including LinkedIn) and excellent communication skills,
Aptitude for using contemporary technology in business,
Assertiveness and basic negotiation skills and
Team spirit and the will to succeed.

Confidence, to lead professional conversation with top managers and asking difficult questions,
