Business Challenges

The Company primary critical issue was inability of Slovenian local labour market knowledge. One of their largest clients requested their service to identify 2 – 4 TPM Consultants in order to support new business in Slovenia. They were working on this position exclusively.

Reasons

  1. the client did not allow any advertisement – even not in social media;

  2. they have experiences all over USA but no one in Slovenia; and

  3. time pressure, deadline was defined with start date of introduction in USA.

Needs and Solution

Jennifer Clements, Senior recruiting specialist, said that they would succeed if:

  1. appropriate candidates who comply with the requirements of client would be screened;

  2. first interviews would be performed with appropriate candidates; 2nd interviews with top 3 candidates will be scheduled with MAU Workforce and client; and

  3. Atol was not working on this position exclusively, several other Human Resources Agencies were also working on this case.

 

Atol has proposed a comprehensive, results-oriented solution, which consisted of a series of guided workshops, business consulting sessions to establish sales strategies that work, and a set of customized tools to implement the system, complemented by a range of activities for a thorough and successful implementation in practice.

Results

  1. only Atol found TPM consultants, which have not worked in the specified companies before (list was provided);

  2. 2 appropriate TPM specialist which met all requirements started on time for introduction; and

  3. client could start with new business with competent TPM consultants.
